one month

Hey guys

I am moving away so need to make as much money as poissible in one month. I already work 37.5 hours a week - was thinking about getting a bar/waitress job but that seems a little unfair on the company if i intend to leave.

Have looked at selling old books on amazon but that doesn't seem worth the effort. any good sites for selling cds/dvds? or shall i just walk into one of those places like cash generator to sell them?

Anyone know much about catlogue/leafleting work?

sorry about all the questions - just need to get the ball rolling pretty sharpish.

For selling CD/DVDs musicmagpie website is popular. Admittedly you won't get very much for them but anything is better then nothing if they are no longer needed.

For leaflet work, you need to check your area on the direct gov website under 'Employment'. I see the odd advertisement on there.
  • Thank you i will check that site out :)

Bit of a long shot but dont suppose you know anything about vote counting how to apply and whether its too late?

Do some dogwalking/cleaning or whatever. Print some cheap flyers and deliver them, or give your local paperboy/girl a fiver to post them with the newspapers. Just an idea.

As OP wants to earn the money in a month, although these are sensible long term suggestions, they're probably not suitable for her.

what about temping agencies and see if they have any evening/weekend work. i've worked many many hours and often they need people when people don't want to work because they don't pay any more with it being a weekend but you can save a lot doing it
