Hi,
We are above to hire a candidate and want to perform Reference and Educational Qualification check. Can someone suggest the best way to get that done.
Thanks,
Sarah

You could ask to see original certificates for the qualifications. If not available, you could write to the institutions where the candidate claims to have studied: give full name, date of birth, years of study and qualifications claimed. Ask if they can confirm this.
Then you write to the referees.
Or am I missing something?Signature removed for peace of mind0 -
If you have to ask, I'd suggest that you should perhaps not be hiring anyone......If you haven't got it - please don't flaunt it. TIA.0
