Early discharge query

several weeks ago i was told by OR that my early discharge was going through and they just had to wait for certificate to come back from the court, they had untill a certain date for it to come through before they chased the court up. I have heard no more about it and I know that they are very busy etc but just wonder if its common for the court to take a long time to send the or the certificate.
Still showing as br on the website.
Is it certain to go through once it gets to that stage or can it still be held up. Im a bit impatient i know!

Until it actually goes through there is no guarantee that it will.

If it is at the court and you still have 3 months to AD, there is still a good chance it will go through.

Thats the thing "IF" its at court (I doubt it 3mnths now)...being a low priority job for the receivers along with recent large redundancies it's taking forever to just speak to someone at an office

I really do keep fingers crossed for you & still a good change if it's indeed at court to go through.
