fixed rate coming to an end

Hello,
Fixed rate with halifax ends in september , whens the soonest i can look to secure a new rate hopefully have 25% in the house so need to borrow 75% , current rate is 6.39% , what should i be aiming to achieve rate wise 4-5%? fixed

my deal with halifax is up in june but i alread got my remortgage deal in place in january with hsbc. they give you 6 months to draw down on it, some banks offer different timescales so if you definetly want to fix find the deal youre happy with and ask the lender there time scale for drawing it.i think the halifaxes was 3 months from memory0
