Remortgage or First Time Buyer??

Hi all,
Sorry if this sounds a rather stupid question..
Me and hubby 2 b are looking at buying a house. We currently live in my house (i.e mortgage solely in my name prior to meeting him). Obviously we are looking to buy in joint names. Are we therefore classed as first time buyers???
