We're having a Royal Wedding themed / Come dine with me bake off at work this week and i really need some suggestions as to what I could make.
I'm not the worlds best cook/baker but i'm willing to give pretty much anything a bash.
However, I lack ideas as to what I could make, it doesnt have to be a sweet/dessert but it has to separate portions to feed approx 15-20 people.
I've heard one or two people mention union jack cupcakes and scones so don't want to do them
Any Ideas?

What about some Eton mess? Very easy to make and to seperate into portions. You could also try to do the rich tea cake, which is what kate and wills are having as a wedding cake themselves. Tried to post links for recipes but the forum won't let me, sorry, But you shouldn't go far wrong if you google. :-)0

If you're pushed for time, a tray of flapjacks are about the easiest thing you can make. Or try Twinks' hobnob recipe.Value-for-money-for-me-puhleeze!

Make a chocolate sponge, ice with white buttercream and decorate with cross of strawberries an X of raspberries and triangles of blueberries to make a flag
