I have just checked my credit file and there is a default account on it from T-mobile.

It was defaulted in September 07 - the balance is £675. How do I go about paying this off so I can start to build my credit rating up?

Any help is greatly appreciated!!

Thanks

To be honest the chances of removing the notice are almost nil. I'll bump this up but my opinion is it might be a matter of sitting out the 6 years till it drops off :(

It still needs paying, it will then be marked 'settled' but it will be there for a full 6 years though.

Do you actually agree that you owe this debt.
