Advice Needed, Thanks

Afternoon all.

Just wanted other opinions with a problem I am having with Wescot who are chasing money up for Sky.

I received a letter saying if I pay £52 then this account will be cleared, I paid this and they are now sending letters saying there is £71.50 still outstanding.

I wrote to them 3 times and all I got was demands for more money so I sent a rather direct pointed letter refusing to pay any more I have a letter from Wescot stating if i pay £52 this will clear the account.

I have sent this to them 3 times now.

Today I have a letter from them saying they want a copy of the settlement letter I was given, all I sent them before was a copy of a failed agreement which is where the quote of paying £52.00 is listed and I have never been given a settlement letter that is what I am asking for and am being told i need to pay more money.

I have refused to pay any more on this matter, I have a signed letter from Wescot which states if i pay £52 then this account will be clear but all I get now is demands for money.

Any suggestions what I can do?. I have already told them if they keep requesting money which does not exist I will report this as harassment and all they are doing now is requesting paperwork i have already sent them.

3 letters I sent were ignored and then they had a cheek to send me a letter saying i have failed to contact them.

Any advise is most appreciated.
