Hi everyone
Thanks to everyone who replied to my last post on RBS Credit Management Services.
Just wanted to know if anyone has used CCCS Debt Management Plan service and if its good?
I recently lost my job and my only income now is JobSeeker's Allowance. I've written to my creditors to let them know I won't be able to make my usual payments anymore (I'm £5,500 roughly in debt) and they haven't been most amicable so far.
If I really budget my JSA, my CCCS Debt Remedy suggests a DMP with the £39 I have left over each month with a view to things improving obviously.
I don't know whether to go ahead with it or not? I'm struggling to deal with my creditors tbh. I suffer from depression and anxiety which has gotten worse after losing my job and my mum has recently been diagnosed with an illness so I'm struggling to cope in general. I'd love to be able to let CCCS deal with things for me.
Any views or advice would be a great help. I've read these boards for a while now and everyone seems to be so helpful.
Thanks for reading

We started a dmp with cccs on the 1st March and to be honest its the best thing we've done. CCCS have dealt with everything and are very helpful whenever we've phoned them. They helped make a very stressful time more easy to cope with.0

Thanks antk4, I've heard good things about them, been looking into it since Friday, but they have been closed for Easter weekend so going to have to wait until tomorrow to speak to them. Thanks again for replying0

Thanks claypath. Just needed the wee nudge so I knew I wasn't making a bad choice! Fingers crossed this takes some of the worry off of me for a while!0
