So, they are not giving out free samples. hmmph!. It's true about, if you try the product, then if you like it you will buy it. I am not sending for so many freebie, ones i don't really need, so i didn't send for this, i also didn't send for the chocolate one before  neither the calender
Maybe i should have ~ lilmiss ~0 -
I've sent them an email saying basically that they are stupid for suspending the free samples, and their business will suffer lmao0

Were you really likely to buy something? I know I wasn't. I just like freebies!
Disappointing, yes - but it's their prerogative to only give out samples with orders if they want to.0 -

They could've handled this better and written something like "sorry, due to the overwhelming number of requests for samples we are currently unable to offer anymore except to customers who are placing an order with us. Thank you for your interest and please visit us again."
I probably wouldn't have bought their teas either just because of a freebie but that's more because I've tasted teas from other companies who did honour their free sample offer, and prefer their brand0 -
No Way That Sucks Im Sticking To Coffee Now Lol0

They are sooooooooooo stupid, they need to go back to school:
"Free Sample Request has been suspended due to the service being abused by customers not interested in tea but requesting samples because they are free."
You offer free samples of tea how are we not interested in the tea
Plus you offer free samples to non-customers so they become new customers. :rolleyes:0 -
I agree, the message comes across as really rude and definitely doesn't come across as professional or customer friendly.Integrity is a dying art!:p0
