I would ring them and tell them you have filed for bankruptcy. Some debt collection agencies will write and tell you they plan to visit, when really they have no intention of doing so. However some DCA's do visit, so you might as well tell them I would say, then they know.Indecision is the key to flexibility

To be honest - you don't need to do anything. IF they turn up at your house, you do NOT have to let them in - simply tell them that you have filed for bankruptcy, tell them the date of the hearing, and tell them NOT to contact you again as they will be contacted, in due course, by the OR.
Good luck for the 12th, by the way, I hope everything goes well for you.
Feel free to come to the Bancruptcy Club thread if you need any more advice or support.I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.
