Yorkshire Water customers who supply their name and email address between Feb 2011 and 30 April 2011 will automatically be entered into the competition. Such competition is organised by Yorkshire Water and no charge is made nor is any purchase necessary to enter a competition to which these rules apply. The competition will close on 30 April 2011.
Customers who wish to enter the competition but are unable to provide their contact details and channel preferences should submit their request by post to Communications, Yorkshire Water, Western House, Halifax Road, Bradford, BD6 2SZ before 30 April 2011.
Only one entry will be accepted per household. Yorkshire Water does not accept any responsibility for late or lost entries for any reason or cause whatsoever. Proof of sending is not proof of receipt.
The competition is open to Yorkshire Water domestic customers only. Entrants must fully complete the entry and comply with all rules to be eligible to win a competition. No responsibility is accepted for ineligible entries.
Entrants must be 18 years or over to enter the competition. The prizes comprise of an Amazon Kindle.
1 winner will be drawn at random from all entries throughout. The winner will be selected and notified before the end of April 2011. The name of the winner will be available on request, such a request should be addressed by post to Communications, Yorkshire Water, Western House, Halifax Road, Bradford, BD6 2SZ enclosing a SAE.
Prizes unclaimed after 28 days (or in the case of a specific event with a reasonable time to attend an event in question) will be deemed to have been forfeited and Yorkshire Water reserves the right to offer the prize to the entrant whose name is next drawn, or to re-offer the prize in any future competition.
No cash alternative is offered. Only one prize per person. Prizes are non-transferable. In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Yorkshire Water reserves the right to offer alternative prizes of equal or greater value.
This competition is not open to employees or contractors of Kelda Group Limited or its subsidiaries or any person directly or indirectly involved in the organisation or running of the competition, or their direct family members.
Yorkshire Water's decision shall be final in respect of every situation relating to this competition including any issue not addressed in these terms.
Yorkshire Water reserves the right to cancel this competition at any time, if in their absolute discretion, it is deemed necessary, for any reason whatsoever.
Yorkshire Water shall have no responsibility to any entrant or to any third party for any reason whatsoever to the extent that such liability may arise from any competition to which these rules apply.
By entering the Competition, all entrants will be deemed to have accepted and be bound by these rules and consent to the transfer of their personal data to the Data Controller for the purposes of the administration of this Competition and any other purposes to which the entrant has consented.
