Translated Highway Code books where to get them?

My friend wants to learn how to drive and she asked me where she could get a translated copy of the highway code book and the theory test in turkish. I had a look but couldn't find anything any ideas anyone?

I think you should advise her in English, unless of course you can now choose the nationality of the tester.

You can take the tests in a non-English language - Take your test
I would suspect that somewhere around this page there will be details on how to get the materials in difeerent languages0 -
