    Today I have eaten-

    B- homemade skimmed cappuccino, 5 little biscuit things (250 cals)
    L- Pret jalapeño chicken wrap (422 cals)
    S- 2 Jaffa cakes (92 cals)
    D- chicken fajheetas & homemade cookie, hot chocolate (568 cals)

    Total: 1331 :)
