Morning my friends!!! i have missed you all so so much! how have you all been? Just caught up on the stuff you have written. :0) hope everyone is ok?
It was manic yesterday. lots and lots of training and still more today :-( OMG girls, yesterday i went home and did the shred dvd.. ouch!!! it was tough but i am not in so much pain, which ithink is prob due to the fact that i am always in gym pain, but i did also use 2 orange (1 L) cartons as weights. haha..
hope you are all ok girls.. My area was bad yesterda (Croydon) and I was worried about how to get to work, but the trains etc seem ok today. :0) will try coming here soon.. My new manager is in so back to training...yay...

Jo you are in Woolwich?? no way!! my mum lives there and i am there pretty much EVERY weekend. yeah heard the station was trashed. i hope they get what they deserve.. seems like we are in some developing country here! grrr. anyone know what strecthes (if any) i can do for my Achilles please? I hurt it during kung fu and for 2 days i have been limping! :-( swimming today.i think and hair wash heheBecame Mrs H on the 1st of October 2011!!

Morning all, hope you're all okay.
The rioting c**p didn't get near to where I live, but it's so awful to read and watch what's been going on. And here's a bride-to-be trauma for you: my friend's friend was in a restaurant last night in Notting Hill with her fiance when a load of yobs started smashing the place up, assaulting people etc. She thought they were going to be mugged so she swallowed her engagement ring!!! I'm not sure I could do that!0 -
