Grrr. Just had my sandwich and it was disgusting. Not sure what had happened but all the cream cheese had soaked into the bread and it was soggy. Ate half and banned the rest. Got some crisps which I will eat half of and a banana which I will also eat half of because its massive.

I feel your pain codemonkey - it's so much worse when you're dieting and you get a crap meal. I just think, what a waste of calories...

On the plus side, I've found a new sweetie snack that's just 3 calories: Hartley's No Added Sugar jelly pots. They're great, has anyone tried them? I'm going to stock up at work for those moments of sweet cravings!

Hope your cold clears up soon Rups. I had that nasty summer cold a few weeks ago - not fun. :(

Oh no rups. Whatever it takes to feel better.

Jo, a mini mars won't do much harm. It is sweet though.

Oh I used to eat those when I was doing low carb. They're pretty good.

I no it is a sweet. I just don't seem to have the drive as it is almost impossible to loose a lot of weight without doing any exercise. O don't eat a lot as it is, just used to eat bad stuff! Problem is I am allergic to a lot if fruit, so can't even eat an apple etc.

Just checking in after getting back from a week holiday :(
Somehow managed to lose half a kilo wilst away tho so that's not too bad. I suspect it was all the walking we did, despite the fact our eating wasn't so great.
Trying to have a be-very-good-week this week. Going fine so far, keeping within my calorie range and have done this week's exercise already (will do more though). Also done 2/3 days of drinking 4 pints of water a day. Feeling pretty good (apart from being back at work after holiday...)
