BR and renting

hi i have been made BR recently but unfortunately it seems to have taken its toll on my marriage, my questions are

do you think i would be able to rent through a property company or would i need a guarentoor or would even that not be enough

could i try private renting or would they do a credit check and i have the same problem

does anyone know any websites for private renting in the cambridgeshire area

thanks people

Gumtree is usually a good start for private let

a fair few agents though are usually happy with a few months rent & a guarantor upfront...be honest with them & see what happens

seconded we went BR in 2009 and found our landlady via gumtree. We didnt need a guarantor, just paid normal deposit and month upfront. She has been a diamond.

PS @philnicandamy long time no speaky hows the family?

I found my place on gumtree, it took a few weeks for something to come up though. Try your local paper for private ads too. Good luck
