    And if it's slightly too much of a tight fit, you could always push the safety pin with the aid of a skewer :D

    It works in exactly the same way, I seem to spend a good part of my life doing this sort of thing with the boys clothes. Bring it down here next week and I'll sort it for you.

    I use a large blunt needle.I find it easier to push through than a safety pin.
