Tesco DVD rental - extra 1000 clubcard points

In Tesco's clubcard mailing it says collect 1000 extra clubcard points when you subscribe for online DVD rental (minimum 3 months).

Is it worth signing up for 3 months or should I just do the free trial?

Depends if you want to fork out the cash!! 1,000 points is £40 in deals so sounds like a good deal!

Have you done the cd wow £10 voucher & 2 week trial offer?

Not heard of the CD wow deal, hadnt really considered DVD rental until now. If I do the Tesco one on the minimum package of £7.97 for 3 months, would get 1024 points in total - like you said £40 in deals for spending £24. I reckon its a goer, trying to maximise my clubcard to save for a ferry crossing or holiday but dont want to waste money just to collect vouchers!

Darren... Do you know if you get the points if you sign up for their Pay As You Go service, or does it have to be one of their monthly fee services? Cheers...

You certainly do - I've signed up for pay & go servce!. I think the t&c are you must be connected for at least 3 months - think you get the points after a month or so! I phoned up and operator seemed to know all about the free points.
