1. This promotion is open to residents of the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland, excluding employees of the Promoter, their families, agencies, or anyone professionally connected with the promotion.
2. All entrants must be 16 or over. Proof of age may be required.
3. To take part in the promotion, purchase a promotional pack of SureMen deodorant and visit www.suremen.co.uk. Then enter the unique 8-digit promotional code printed on the reverse of the on-pack sticker.
4. Entrants should retain promotional stickers as proof of purchase.
5. This promotion is available on special promotional packs of 250ml & 150ml SureMen anti-perspirant deodorants subject to availability.
6. No Purchase Necessary (NPN) route only available in Northern Ireland. If you do not wish to purchase, send a stamped addressed envelope, and your name, email address, postcode, date of birth, telephone number, and county on a plain piece of paper to SureMen 'Fast Cash' NPN, PO Box 7557, Derby, DE1 0NP by the closing date. You will be sent a code to the email address you provide for you to enter online on the day your entry is received. One entry per stamped envelope.
7. Responsibility is not accepted for entries lost, damaged or delayed in the post or as a result of any network, computer hardware or software failure of any kind. Proof of posting or sending will not be accepted as proof of receipt.

9. The prizes: There are 13,590 Prizes of £10/€10 to be won, with a total prize fund of approximately £/€135,900.
10. There is one prize to be won every 5 minutes between 09:00 and 21:00 for each of the 90 days of the main promotion. For each 5-minute period between 09:00 and 21:00 one winning moment (date, hours, minutes, seconds) has been randomly selected in advance by an independent verification service. In each 5-minute period the person entering on the winning moment or (if no one manages this) the first person to enter after the winning moment will receive the prize.
11. In addition to the winning moments in the main draw we have added an additional 7 random winning moments throughout the day. For the avoidance of doubt, there will be 7 x five minute periods during the draw that will have two winning moments in them. In each of these 7 five minute periods there will be two winners. For each of these 7 five minute periods anyone who enters on a winning moment or (if no one manages this) the first person to enter immediately after a winning moment will win a prize.
12. The Promoter's decision regarding all promotional matters is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
13. UK winners will receive prizes in pounds sterling and ROI winners receive prizes in Euro.
14. Winners will be informed via an on-screen message. Winners will then be required to enter their email address, contact telephone number and postal address and the name to whom they require cheques to be made out. Cheques will be sent out by 2nd class post within 28 days of acceptance of the prize.
15. When entering the promotion and claiming your prize please submit your details carefully. The name provided by winners will appear on winners' cheques and winners' cheques will automatically be sent to the address they provide. 16. Winners must claim their prize immediately when prompted to do so on screen. If any prize is not claimed at this stage, it will lapse and the Promoter reserves the right to retain the prize.

All entry instructions form part of the rules.
25. The Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage or consequential damage of any nature in contract, tort (including negligence) caused by acceptance of the terms and conditions or in connection with the promotion (to the extent permissible by law).

30. As concerns UK residents, these terms and conditions and any issues or disputes which may arise out of or in connection with these terms and conditions (whether such disputes or issues are contractual or non-contractual in nature, such as claims in tort, for breach of statute or regulation or otherwise) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. The entrants and the Promoter hereby irrevocably submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts to settle any such dispute or issues. As concerns ROI residents, these terms and conditions shall be governed by the law of Ireland and the Irish courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction.
31. This promotion is subject to a pending lottery licence application in the Republic of Ireland. Should this application be successful this promotion will be made available in the ROI to ROI residents. Any additions or amendments to these terms and conditions in light of this lottery licence application will be explained below.
