Hi
We have just put our house on the market and would be looking to remortgage for a new home but not with our current lender ( natwest )
Does anyone know if we have to notify natwest that I am selling / moving mortgages or can we just apply for a remortgagewith another lender and Natwest will be paid off when the house is sold?
Thanks in advance
