Hi

Does anyone know if these are an 'in house' DCA or do they buy debts?

My DH has had a letter from them about a debt which has been passed on by Black Horse.

Any info gratefully received, Thanks.

I've been over to CAG and it seems that these people could belong to Black Horse.
