Free Peony Tree

Clicking on the link the tree is available as 'free' but the date is now Nov11 ??

spoke to van Meuwen on the phone and they told me that the order had been cancelled as it should not have been free.it was suppost to be ordered with something else.
i originally ordered the free one with free p&p.
oh well it was worth a try

Got email yesterday asking for my postal address, so there may still be hope.

It's not true, I bought my peony on its own without anything else (but I paid p&p). It arrived and doing well so far..

I'd given up hope of receiving this, but after reading I think I may have to chase it up.

it may only be those of us that ordered the peony over the bank holiday when p&p was free that may not receive them.
my mother ordered one at the same time (to replace plants that died over the cold winter), she also has heard nothing.

Got email today saying they had no record of my order.
I emailed a reply pointing out that they ought to have told me sooner that I wasn't getting it - not after all this time. I ordered on 24/4 & got confirmation on 25/4.
I suggested that they should improve their system to avoid disappointing other potential customers.
I am sure it won't do any good but I felt better for it.
