Global Debt recovery.. anyone know anything about them?

My DH has recieved a letter (addressed to his old address that his mum has dropped round.) from Global Debt recovery. I haven't read the letter but I saw through the address window who it was off. We've been expecting someone to get in touch with him about a capital one debt which capital one refused monthly payments on and they said they were going to pass it on to a DCA so I'm presuming that's what this is.
Just wondering if anyone has any experience of them and what they're like? Going to offer them monthly installments as we don't have the money to pay them in full at present (But could do in say a month's time.).
Thanks!
