Nylon handbags

Hi, I love my leather bags but have just seen one on the M&S website, its a nylon cross body bag for just £8.00 and it has good reviews, people are saying its light even when you have a lot of stuff in it. I was wondering if it might be better than leather which can be heavy before you put anything in it. Has anyone used these or are they too cheap looking and not wearing very well?

  • Hi, I've got a nylon crossbody M&S bag but it was dearer than £8, that seems a bargain. I've not had it long but I use it all the time as it's very light and has lots of pockets.

I have loads of Kipling bags, they are nylon and fab, really light and washable. I say go for it

Hi, thanks for your replies. Do these bags wear quite well, especially the cheaper ones at M&S. I don't suppose they are smart enough for going out with but are OK for work and shopping.

I've seen the M&S ones and they are a bit cheap looking. I second Kipling bags, I have loads and they are light but very good quality.

The trouble is, once you get one you start buying more and more and more. :o
