Hi! I'm an oldie with a new account if that makes sense!

Anyway ive decided to get back on here and get my debts under control and out of the way for once and for all!:eek: ...watch this space! lol

Anyway ive already been snowballing on whats the cost - i logged onto my old account from back in 2005 - i was £18000 in debt - not as much for some but i was 20 at the time and it ruined my life, had to rob peter to pay paul and was considering bankruptcy it was so out of hand and i found each month a struggle.

After years paying off a mammoth consolidation load which finally finished in august last year ive managed to get my debts down to around £4k - i'll post a detailed up-to-date SOA later this weekend.

I am pregnant and due 15th September and so far this year have paid £450.00 a month of my remaining debts - i cant pay anymore as im also saving up for an intense driving course and for a car and for all of the baby things that we need as well!

soooooooo, from my snowball as of today i will be debt free by March 2012 - with the majority of the debts paid off by October leaving only barclaycard and overdraft to hammer away at for the remaining few months.

Just posted off my first PPI claim for Santander loan - hopefully i will get a good response some time soon!

Decided to take on the make £10 a day in September challenge - I aim to hand over whatever i make to Debenhams repayments so i can get a little ahead on the repayments on this one as im still behind and doubt ill have everything paid off my December as originally planned - nothing ever goes to plan but i suppose at lease its going in the right direction!

Made £66.74 so far this month, I hope i can make £300!!!!!

Baby due next Thursday i can't believe how quickly it has flown over! Have everythign prepared and probably could have done things cheaper but its my first baby so i cant help myself - i have a few frugal items though and have been given lots of clothing from friends so that has helped. Have nothing more to buy apart from nappies and milk which will be nearer the end of the month as ive got a stash already!:D

Well sent PPI claim off to Santander last week (6th) going to check the boards to see how long it usually takes to get a response as i havent heard anything x

Really enjoying £10.00 a day challenge been scrimping and saving its hard work but im pretty much on target

Santander are paying out!!!!!

I've just received a letter from Santander to say they have accepted my PPI claim of just over £4k - Kerrrrrrrrrrrrrrrchiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiing!

Luck comes in threes right? New baby, wad of cash - whats next I'm excited - I wish i wasnt on antibiotics i need a drink to celebrate!!! :D:D HAPPY DAYS :D:D
