Default and CCJ elimination

Hello there,
Newbie here and it's a pleasure to have found this site, I feel much better already before having even posted my letters. I have prepared letters and cheques using the CCA letter at the top of the first incarnation of this thread (three for defaulted credit cards and one for a CCJ's loan).
The one of most concern to me relates to American Express / RMA R€solve as they are either incompetent or disingenuous (to be nicer than they deserve) because they sent me a letter claiming I have not been making any payments to them even though my bank says otherwise (the agreed sum each month since 2005). I sent them an e-mail about this informing them their records are incorrect but that if they are so sure I've not been making any payments to them I would like my balance rendered unenforceable because of the stature of limitations. The other letters are for MBNA/Cabot and Halifax/Blair Scott... The loan is from RBS and the CCJ is set to £1/week but I have been paying them £5/month since then to cover myself. The DCA's for MBNA and Halifax have a habit of phoning me about 3 times a day each so I would like to show them the door as well as the liars above.
I realise there will have been other questions about dealing with CCJ's in other threads but it would take too long to read each post so I hope it isn't against the spirit of the rules to ask here (the FAQ's listed at the top of this thread didn't work as of the time of writing this). Will the same letter I've prepared to send to the above DCA's work with my loan? If not, what must I do?
I posted each creditor the CCA letter (on Monday 17th April) from a thread in this forum and am waiting to hear back from them.
Thanks in advance.
