Accountant for self employed Belfast

Just found out that a good friend of mine who is self employed is paying hand over fist to have her accounts done in London where she used to live. I was pretty sure there would be someone good locally who wouldn't cost so much. Her affairs are pretty straightforward, most of her income is handled through an agency but she has hit the income barrier where she is registered for VAT. Can anyone recommend someone good preferably city centre-ish? Obviously she'll get quotes etc (or rather I will make her get quotes!) just want to know of people who are competent.

Many thanks for any help.
