I had a similar problem people moved into the house and a new cataloue arrived so they order almost £2000 worth of items out of it, luckily my Mum was working for the company at the time delivering and brought them to my house. Police did nothing but in your case they applied for the credit after you moved out. Mine was just the fact they sent the catalogues to them after I moved. Amazing what some people have the cheek to do isn't it. Good luck getting it sorted.Nemisis_WOF wrote:Well first thing tomorrow morning i am going to be getting a visit from the police to talk about the new tennants in my previous house stealing my identity and opening up catalogue accounts in my name adn not very intelligently getting item delivered to and signed for at that address in the past 3 weeks, boy are they in trouble..
Today we're of to Argos, when DP gets up, think he got in from work about 3.45am. Need a nest of tables, dinner service (disaster always happens in this house and only have one dinner plate left, which is cracked) and I'm going to get my slow cooker which is my xmas present :j
Kids just been sat eating the Weetabix brownies I made last night, think they like them
One day I might be more organised...........

Hi guys,
Just thought I'd say hello. Popped into work for a bit of overtime (well... sort of), and there's nobody here. So I thought I'd put the radio on, have a cuppa and I suppose get some work done.
Mike S.H. I feel for you about the lack of hangover. I'm sure you'll be able to work on correcting that tonight!:beer:0 -
Hi Mike, Cattie and all
Mike - I know exactly what you mean about the lack of a hangover - I'm beginning to wonder when I'll get my next one! This could be seen as one of the downsides to being DFW
Anyway, was planning on going up to Manchester today - even got up early  but my eldest daughter hasn't turned up yet, so it looks as if it's going to be yet another stay at home weekend.
Have a great birthday - I'm sure you'll be hosting a party - I'll try and look in for a few drinks.
I suppose a 'virtual hangover' will be better than no hangover. :rolleyes:I am NOT, nor do I profess to be, a Qualified Debt Adviser. I have made MANY mistakes and have OFTEN been the unwitting victim of the the shamefull tactics of the Financial Industry.
If any of my experiences, or the knowledge that I have gained from those experiences, can help anyone who finds themselves in similar circumstances, then my experiences have not been in vain.

Oh I totally know that feeling. Grot isn't it?!
I recall when I was 18 and i was able to stay up all night and then go to college or work and it not touch me. Now I need at least 8 hours to feel human the next day and anything more is just a bonus!
:heartpuls CG :heartpulsEver wonder about those people who spend £2 apiece on those little bottles of Evian water? Try spelling Evian backward.0 -
