Alliance and Leicester Letter from Prosearch

Hi all
Just had a letter from Prosearch stating I have unpaided dividends due to a house move (which is correct) They state if I complete and return thier claim form they will send the cash to me less a fee of 10%.
Obviuosly happy that this has been brought to my attention but can't I simply phone Santander who took over Alliance and Leicester direct and tell them of my new address rather than pay the fee.
Would be grateful for any advice..............checked the Santander website and not sure of the best way to contact them.
