Almost Mortgage Free last £600

Almost done it. Mortgage Free

No CC debt so almost free from the banks...:j

Just got a Statement today....

our property 150,000.00
Your current facility -32,723.00
Your balance (22 Apr 11) -575.85
Your available facility 32,147.15
Uncleared funds 0.00

I don't think I could have done this so quickly without the Offset and flexible mortgage. It does really make you think about your spends.

Only problem is
I'm really really tempted to get another property and start paying that off also (or get a buy to let)

Good luck everyone it can be done!!!
