Hi, I was so grateful of you help a few weeks ago now, when you advised me to get a copy of the CCA from credit card company. I received this yesterday (even though it was outwith the 12 working days limit) and I cannot remember seeing this document ever before, the date and my signature do not appear anywhere on it…

As you can see, it did not work.

You will need to upload the picture to a site such as photobucket, then use the url or web address of the picture for the [IMG][/IMG] tags.
