Cabot - credit card debt letter

Hi,
I was so grateful of you help a few weeks ago now, when you advised me to get a copy of the CCA from credit card company. I received this yesterday (even though it was outwith the 12 working days limit) and I cannot remember seeing this document ever before, the date and my signature do not appear anywhere on it (because I never signed it). In particular I don't remember ever seeing a 'right to cancel' section - if I did receive this I probably would have.... I remember I was in local Sainsbury's with my mum around 2005 and was approached by a member of staff who talked me into getting their CC and said it was simple to get balance transfer - which I agreed to but felt a wee bit under pressure. I remember signing her leaflet.... was this the credit agreement? I don't seem to be able to upload this stuff I got yesterday to show you. Would be really grateful for any advice on how to do this. Thanks i'm really worried sick about this.

You need to make sure you have it in an image format, and then upload to an image hosting site like photobucket.
Make sure you obscure anything that could identify you. Name, address, amounts etc.. Even barcodes and serial numbers on the agreements.Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB

I'm afraid not.
If you make some more posts on the site it shouldn't take very long before that restriction is lifted.
In the meantime you could post what you have been sent here?

Thanks for this. I am honestly really grateful to you.
I think I will wait and post a new more messages and hopefully the restricted will be lifted soon. My only worry is though, is that the letter from Cabot stated that I was to reply to them within 14 days.... worried that I will go over this time limited waiting - to try to upload my stuff for you to read over.
Should I contact them and begin paying something each month until I am able to get this sorted out or would this be a bad idea?
Any advice appreciated.0 -

I can see that there was supposed to be an image link in that post, but it doesn't seem to be a valid one?Free/impartial debt advice: National Debtline | StepChange Debt Charity | Find your local CAB
