Oops.. not very DFW or MSE!

Spent £1.99 today on a magazine.. What's the problem I hear you ask? How about the fact that is was £1.99 on magazine for my little girl who isn't even 2! lol! Got her a Big cook Little cook magazine which came with free fridge magnets.. bless her heart she was so excited and we now have random foodie magnets stuck to our gas fire.. LOL. She may not be able to read but she loved it none the less...
Funny the things that excite toddlers eh?

encouraging kids to read is NEVER a waste of money IMO

the big cook little cook mag serves so many purposes, you can read it to her, it teaches her about hygiene (Allll clean and ready to cook and wash wipe scrub and clean, make the kitchen sparkle and gleam LOL) and teaches about nutrition.

Much better you spend £1.99 on that than the same amount on sweets or carpy toys.

BTW welcome to the world of magnets wherever they stick....including the side of the tv...what lovely colours they make LOL

LOL you're so right. We bought her a little tub of alphabet magnets and they're everywhere!!! Dh and I have taken to writing messages to each other on the fire in them! lol. Nothing is safe.. the washing machine is a particular target. only difference is we now have cheese, milk, eggs, butter, strawberries, orange juice and a carrot to join the a,b,c's. LOL.
