Hi I have a loan debt that I am paying back £110 a month to Tessera/rockwell my question is can Tessera take out more money without my pemission from my bank if they want?

    They shouldn't but yes they can.

    A standing order is safer - ask your bank to convert it.

    Or you can probably do it yourself if you have online banking. It souldn't make any difference to Rockwell as long as they still get their payment.
