Capped Mortgage

In June my 5 year capped rate Abbey (now Santander) mortgage ends. It is currently at Santander SVR of 4.24%.
I am a little reluctant to go for a tracker as I am only just managing to keep on top of things financially (Single parent, 3 kids, working full time, no option to increase my income etc)
Are there any capped mortgages around any more? I can't seem to find any.
