I know that this is a very long shot, but does anyone know if there are any mortgage brokers whom can help with RTB even with a recent default on your credit file? If so I would be very grateful for any websites or information that can be given.
Thanks;)
Thanks;)

I AM 99.09% CERTAIN that it will not happen..do you have a deposit? It is nice to see the value of your house going up'' Why ?
Unless you are planning to sell up and not live anywhere, I can;t see the advantage.
If you are planning to upsize the new house will cost more.
If you are planning to downsize your new house will cost more than it should
If you are trying to buy your first house its almost impossible.0 -
It all boils down to risk with the bank in the way how much are you wanting to borrow, whats your deposit and whats the house valued at in todays market.0
