I had this problem and when I turned on the Pop Up Blocker, the voucher offer disappeared. This is what I did: I used my Back button to go back a page to where it asked me to log in (as I'd now registered), and I clicked on Tools, Pop-Up Blocker, Turn Off Pop-Up Blocker, and then I logged in again. The option to print out appeared once again. I printed out the coupon, then turned on the Pop-Up Blocker again. Try it and see if it works with you too.
