Help please? :(

Heya everyone.

I recieved a voicemail saying that they're from somewhere in Bristol and they have a package for me and want to arrange a delivery time.

Unfortunately, the lady was speaking really quickly and one of her colleagues coughed when she was giving me a phone number to ring back on and so I couldn't catch the whole number.

She gave me a tracking number but I don't know which courier the package is with so can't rearrange the delivery online.

The number I was phoned from was: 01179596629. I tried to phone the number back but I'm not getting any answer. I googled the number and all it comes up with is Bristol.

I haven't ordered anything and I think it might a comp win for months ago as they addressed me by my maiden name and I got married in October last year.

Can anyone help me?

Update: Okay, I managed to find out that the parcel is coming from DHL and I went on their website and put in the tracking number. It says the parcel has come from the Czech Rebulic. I'm confused. :S Does anyone remember any companies running competitions from the Czech Rebublic? :S
I think I managed to fathom out the phone number she told me to phone back on but there's no answer from that either. I suspect that the workers have gone home early for Easter. =/

The DHL website is showing the parcel as "shipment on hold".

Is there a number u can call dhl on? and ask them why it is on hold.

I had a laptop turn up and it was tracked via Poland, which baffled me, but alot of comps are eupope wide.

Okay, I emailed DHL about rearranging the delivery time and got an email today asking when I would like it delivered - the earliest being Wednesday, but when I checked on the DHL website it says that the package is with "courier for delivery". Does that mean it'll get delivered today? :S

Update: The parcel was just delivered and it's the Corel Software I won a couple of months ago. Thank you everyone for your help.:grouphug:
