Low Life, sorry Lowell

I am having fun with lowell and Red debt and Hamptons. I am just waiting for them to take the threatened court action. I can prove I don't owe the money they sayI do. I have at one stage given them the correspondance to show the facts, they have lost it, I'm not about to go through putting it all together again. Can anyone tell me what I can claim in the way of costs and expenses when they have egg on thier faces.? Thanks
