P800 Underpayment - Process Question

Hi,
Like other's I received two P800's in March (17th) for 2007/2008 and 2008/2009.
I rang and grumbled, and the lady told me that there was another one on the way.
I'm PAYE, and my employers have checked - they are happy that everything is correctly calculated.
My question is - I've not yet received a letter or been contacted asking for repayment, I haven't received a third P800 yet either.
Do I wait before sending letters? As far as I'm concerned, it's both an HMRC mistake and ESC A19 applies.

hello not sure if this is the right link but i want to know how long my tax rebate tax rebate take to go into my bank it has already been pending for about 5 days so was just wondering how long it takes after it has been pending?0
