Mortgage AIP not going to proceed

Hi,
Was hoping to get some help. I have an AIP (within last 2 weeks) that I am not going to take forward, but I will likely be applying for a mortgage with another provider in the next month or so. Our credit rating is good and have 30%+ deposit, can anyone advise if any future application is likely to be hampered by the AIP I have already?

A couple of AIP/credit checkes on an otherwise healthy report should have no real impact at allHi, we’ve had to remove your signature. If you’re not sure why please read the forum rules or email the forum team if you’re still unsure - MSE ForumTeam0
