Hi,
I've been trying to read up/research buy to let mortgages and haven't/can't find what I'm looking for (It probably doesn't exist)
Is there any mortgage providers who will provide a buy to let mortgage to a 20/21 year old?
Thanks Kitson

"Experience: We require evidence of current or previous satisfactory conduct of mortgage within the previous 5 years for a minimum 12 month period. Outright owners are also acceptable but first time buyers will only be considered if on a joint application with a second time buyer."
Other than that I was ok :P, but very useful thank you.

There are a limited number of lenders who will consider first time buyer/inexperienced landlord if rest of criteria fit (credit rating, minimum oincome, rent:mortgage ratio etc) - most (in not all) of these are via intermediary only from memory (too busy to check at moment).Hi, we’ve had to remove your signature.
