Urgent help please - advice

I really need some advice today, i hope you can help me??? the situation is this.....
-Ran up £4k o/d with santander
-been paying arrangement £150 pm
-arrangement now ended & they wont make another??
-account with their in house debt collectors
-they called me this am & said that account will be passed to debt collectors if i dont pay all in full by end of moth & 6 year defult
- i told them i cant pay it off but i will contunue to pay my £150 & he said thats fine but we are not making arrangement
- i can see that what is gonna happen is they are going to say im not paying it off & take me to court.
- 6 year defult will stuff me as need to remortgage in august
- what can i do or say
- i have told them i now want everything in writing from them
i posted this all yesterday on another thread but no-one had replied. I am running out of time, please can u give me any advice???

You should post an SOA (Statement of Affairs) to see a fuller picture of your situation. Here's the link: http://www.makesenseofcards.com/soacalc.html
You should also contact one of the debt charities for advice as a matter of urgency (e.g.CCCS, or National debtline). They will be able to provide you with free, impartial, non-judgemental advice based on your individual circumstances, and will explain all the options available to you
Continue to pay what it is that you can afford to pay, the £150 per month.
