ciao payment missing#?

Sorry for this thread but it is on behalf of my mam.
She logged on to ciao to find that all the money she has earned has dissapeared.
She has emailed them and they emailed back with a different address  and she has emailed that address andhas heard nothing back.
Does anyone know why her earnings would just "dissapear?"

I would send another email to info.uk@ciao-uk.com
and ask what has happened. It's probably just a
    technical problem.

    Good luck
