Can someone be so kind to tell me, which lenders are happy to take on First Time Landlords?

Do you mean first time landlord, or first time buyer who is buying a buy to let?

I've never heard of any restriction on the former, but know of lenders who will only lend on a BTL basis to those who have, or will have, another owned property in which they reside.

Hi Kingsteeet, sorry about ambiguous thread title. I mean First Time Buyer who does not own a residential property or any other BTL property.

Your solution probably lies with one of the intermediary only lenders (their are far more criteria factors needed than you supply to indicate a likely lender) - I suggest you contact a broker.
