Hi,
I would like to buy a property with my sister and we have 15% deposit saved to buy a house valued at £150,000. I earn £30k and my sister has been working on a fixed term contract earning £33k but is due to go on maternity in June - and the contract will not be renewed when she comes back off from maternity.
I have read a few posts about getting a mortgage with temp contract work some saying it is possible some say not. Is there any chance of getting a mortgage given the situation?
(We both have v good credit ratings)
Thanks,
