Hi,
I've been in the process of remortgaging. I've received a verbal offer and am just awaiting the formal written offer. However, I've now decided to stay with my current lender. I'm just concerned now about how my credit rating may be affected? Any advice appreciated. Many thanks.

As long as you havent signed anything you will be fine.
It does not affect your credit rating.
The first lender may charge a withdrawal fee however, or charge other fees, so double check.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a Mortgage Adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
