Dear Sir Madam, I ordered this item that showed as available on your website and was disappointed when I received this message "Order line cancelled, no goods will be sent to you".

However, I was delighted to see that it is now available and so have made the following order. Order Ref: XXXXXXX - 02 December 2006 Xbox Controller - Topdrive Gtx Steering Wheel x 2.

Again though, despite the order having been made 7 days ago, I have yet to receive any confirmation via e-mail from you. I feel that it was bad enough for you not to honour the first order BUT I would sincerely hope that lightning is NOT going to strike twice. Please advise when you will be sending me my order.
