Assuming that the claim form is a genuine one from Northampton, then you can either defend or admit the claim.

Replying to a county court claim form
If you admit the claim then you fill in the income and expenditure forms a put what offer you are making to pay per month. Then return the forms to the claimant by special delivery.
It's important that you send the forms by registered post (preferably special delivery) as otherwise the claimant may pretend that they didn't get them.
